Agnieszka Grabinska, MB, PhD

MD, PhD Agnieszka Grabińska is the founder and visionary behind Poland’s first Prostate Cancer Unit, established at the Military Institute of Medicine in Warsaw. The center introduced a pioneering nationwide model of coordinated and comprehensive prostate cancer care, integrating diagnostics, treatment qualification, and ongoing patient management within a single, structured clinical pathway.

Dr. Grabińska graduated from the Faculty of Military Medicine at the Medical University of Łódź. She earned her PhD in Medical and Health Sciences at the Military Institute of Medicine in Warsaw. In 2021, she was awarded the prestigious FEBU (Fellow of the European Board of Urology) title, certifying successful completion of the European specialist examination in urology. She is an active member of both the Polish Urological Association and the European Association of Urology.

Since 2013, Dr. Grabińska has been affiliated with the Military Institute of Medicine – National Research Institute in Warsaw, where she works in the Department of General, Functional, and Oncological Urology. She also serves as Head of the Urology Outpatient Clinic.

Her professional experience includes military service as an officer of the Polish Armed Forces, holding the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. She served in the 25th Air Cavalry Brigade and participated twice in overseas medical and military missions in Afghanistan.

Dr. Agnieszka Grabińska is a board-certified urologist with extensive clinical, academic, and military experience. Her practice focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of genitourinary disorders, with particular expertise in modern diagnostic approaches to urological cancers, prostate diseases, urinary stone disease, urinary incontinence, as well as functional and aesthetic urology.

In the field of surgical, functional, and aesthetic urology, she performs and qualifies patients for procedures including circumcision, frenuloplasty, and treatments utilizing botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP), including procedures such as Scrotox and the P-Shot®.
